Before & After School Care

Before and After School Care is offered to families on a monthly contract basis. 

Hours and Pricing

Before School Care - flexible drop off from 7:45-8:45 a.m. – $12/day

After School Care - flexible pickup from 3:45-5:30 p.m. – $20/day

Both Before & After School Care – $28/day

Initial Registration

Registration for the month of September is due on August 14th via the registration form found in the August Family Newsletter. Please note registration will no longer use FACTs Web Forms.

Changes

Registration will carry forward month to month automatically unless a change is requested by completing and submitting this form again. Requests must be received by the 14th of the month to impact the upcoming month’s contract. Requests received after the 14th will not take effect until the following month. Example: A request received on September 15th will take effect November 1st, not October 1st.

Billing

Billing will be invoiced on the 15th of the month (or the following Monday if the 15th falls on the weekend) and will be due the 1st of the next month, prior to participating in Before and After School Care. 

Refunds will not be issued for days when care is not utilized or school is cancelled due to weather.  There will be no charge for days when school is not in session.  

Drop In Care

Occasional drop in care may be requested at least 24 hours in advance by contacting info@ohmcs.org.  Requests will be accommodated as space allows. 

Before School Care 7:45-8:45 a.m. – $13/day
After School Care 3:45-5:30 p.m. – $21/day

Children not picked up by 4:00pm daily will join after school care and be billed at the daily drop in rate.
