About the School Board

Oak Hill is led by a dedicated School Board made up of parents, educators, and community members. The Board provides strategic oversight, ensures financial and academic accountability, and helps uphold the school’s mission and values. Their leadership ensures that OHMCS remains a thriving, inclusive, and student-centered learning community.

Oak Hill Montessori Community School’s Board of Directors guides the long-term viability of the school through the creation and implementation of a strategic direction. The Board also oversees the school’s adherence to its mission, vision, and values.

Our Board members abide by a Code of Conduct to obey their duties of loyalty to the school and obedience in complying with applicable laws and regulations.

Board Meeting Dates

OHMCS Board Meetings are open to the public and held in-person at OHMCS. The meeting agenda will be posted to this site three days prior to the meeting. If you would like to make a public comment, please contact Juli Rubin four days in advance of the scheduled meeting.

The Finance Committee meets virtually every other Wednesday at 11:00am to discuss the overall financial health of the school including budget and projections, revenue streams and larger expenditures. If you would like to join one of these meetings, please contact Jill Haspert at least two days in advance to receive a meeting link.

The Facilities Committee meets monthly throughout the academic year, with the agenda posted below three days in advance of the meeting.
